Maybe you feel guilty to take time for yourself. You may think that it's selfish to have needs when so many other people depend on you. Perhaps you feel compelled to be there for everyone when they need you.
And that means no time for you, for your needs, and for taking time out.
Hi! My name is Liesel, and I've been where you are.
I've had a long struggle with wanting to do everything for everybody, and neglecting myself. It's taken me years to figure out it's okay to have needs, and to be comfortable with taking time for myself.
I have 16 years of experience helping clients with self-care, over-responsibility, boundaries, and the inability to say no. I wrote 'No Problem. The Upside of Saying No' - which explores the important challenges under the surface.
I have come to understand a wee bit about what it takes to get to the other side of these challenges. I'd love you to take my hand and walk with me to greater ease around self-care.
